A. Normal turnaround times are about 3 weeks.

A. If you would like changes in addition to the options specified, please email the studio with your request. Please note that there may be additional charges dependent on the request, but this will be made clear from the start.

Q. Can you gift wrap?
A. Sorry, we do not gift-wrap at this time. We wrap securely to prevent any breakage during shipping.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
A. Shipping is free on all items.

Q. Is my item safe to be sent in the post?
A. Yes all items are extremely well packaged for safe delivery. It is very rare for an item to be broken in transit but should this happen, we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the amount paid.

Q. The colours on the plate don't seem to be the same as the website, how come?
A. Colours can vary due to the photography lighting and differences between computer screens.

Q. There is a tiny fleck of paint or slight bubble on my plate?
A. Flecks of paint or tiny bubbles in the glaze are a natural occurrence with ceramics. Slight flecks may not always be seen to the naked eye before firing. The firing process intensifies the colors, so what you don't see before, may show up after you fire. Likewise tiny bubbles in glaze are a natural occurrence with ceramics. It is a result of gases being released from the ceramics during the firing process. These minor differences add to the uniqueness of your item.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately once your order has been started, it cannot be cancelled. Since these items are personalised, we are unable to cancel an order or accept returns.
